2. About the role

We’re looking for a Reservations Associate to support bookings across both of our hotels and help deliver a smooth, accurate and commercially strong reservations experience.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining service, organisation and attention to detail with a sharp eye for conversion and upselling.

You’ll handle inbound reservations enquiries, process bookings accurately, manage amendments and cancellations, and help make sure guests receive the right information, rates and packages at the right time.

3. Role details

Salary: £27,500, with flexibility for candidates with significant experience

Location: Based across both hotels

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with no weekend requirement

Start date: As soon as possible

4. What you’ll be doing
  • Managing reservations via phone, email and third-party systems
  • Accurately inputting and updating bookings in the PMS
  • Handling amendments, cancellations, payments and deposit checks
  • Responding promptly to enquiries and helping convert interest into confirmed stays
  • Applying correct rate codes, packages and restrictions
  • Promoting direct booking benefits and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Supporting rooming list updates, booking records and reporting
  • Escalating rate or inventory issues where needed
5. What we’re looking for
  • Previous reservations or hotel front office experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple enquiries
  • Comfortable working with booking systems and processes
  • Commercially aware, with a sales-minded but guest-focused approach
  • Someone who takes pride in accuracy, speed and service
