The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to all bookings made on this website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.

The Company enters into this Agreement as principal for Bookings made for the hotels it owns and as an agent where a Booking is made for a hotel that it operates on behalf of the Hotel Owner. The booking confirmation will clearly state the identity of the Owner.

In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:

1. Definitions

“Company” or “we” means Central Park Collections.

“Booking” means the booking for accommodation, functions and/or any other services or items made with us.

“Contract” means the Booking and these Terms, and any other terms and conditions stated to apply to the Booking.

“Hotel” means the premises for which your Booking is made.

“Terms” means these terms and conditions.

“Websites” means www.centralparkcollections.com or any other website owned or operated by us relating to a Hotel from time to time.

“VAT” means value added tax.

2. General Terms & Conditions

All rates we quote are, of course, subject to availability and alteration. All special offers quoted are limited and subject to availability and may be subject to a minimum stay.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Central Park Collections cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions and we reserve the right to change information and descriptions of listed hotels and products and to amend the manifest error in the quoted prices.

3. Health & Safety Regulations:

We accept our responsibility for health, safety, and welfare of others (public, contractors and visitors). It is our policy to comply with all health and safety legislation, acts, regulations, codes of practice and other guidance.

We will endeavor to provide a safe and healthy working environment including, premises, equipment, and systems of work that are, as far as is reasonably practicable, safe and without risks to health. All our hotels are non-smoking in keeping with the Health and Safety regulations.

To ensure the policies are understood and implemented we will provide suitable and sufficient information, instruction and training for employees.

4. Bookings

Please note that different terms, conditions and cancellation policies in relation to all online bookings via all Central Park Collections-branded websites may apply depending on the hotel and room or rate type selected. Please read the room rate details that are provided carefully before you make your online booking.

Once your booking is made, you will receive an on-screen confirmation reference number – we recommend you make a note of it, though you will also receive an email outlining your reference number and reservation details. If you prefer we can send your reference number direct to your mobile phone – simply select this option during the booking process.

In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, you will need your confirmation reference number, as well as the email address used to make the reservation.

5. Cancellation:

Cancellation may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation – confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. For further assistance, call the hotel directly. Alternatively, you can cancel your reservation online.

6. Payment :

The payments towards booking are accepted in the hotel currency – GBP. We accept cash payment and all major Credit Cards.

7. Check in Time:

The check-in time with our hotels varies according to the conveniences of each hotel we represent. Please ensure that you confirm the details prior to making your booking with us.

8. Late Departure Fee:

A minimum fee of £10 per hour is calculated for late departure, and the late departure time varies according to each hotel. Please ensure these details from the particular hotel’s website. A full room rate may apply after the specified time for late departure.

9. VAT (Value Added Tax):

Reservations are subject to prevailing VAT rates applicable during the provision of the service. Therefore, if the prevailing VAT rate changes, the costs of the services provided during the stay will be subject to the new greater or lesser VAT rate as applicable.

10. Eligibility of Use:

Use of our website and our branded hotel websites is restricted to people over the age of 18 who can enter into binding contracts.

11. Passwords

We urge all our customers to protect accounts passwords and accept responsibility for all account activity that occurs as a result.

12. Links to Third Party Websites

We provide links to other sites that we believe may be of interest to you at http://centralparkcollections.com/ but we are not endorsing or recommending these sites or the services or material provided by them. We, therefore, accept no responsibility for the materials, services or other situations at or related to, or from, any other website.

13. Limitations to Liability

In no event shall Central Park Collections or any of its subsidiaries, hotels or affiliates be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damage or damages arising out of your access or use, or your inability to use any Central Park Collections website, or any materials or recommendations made by third parties on http://centralparkcollections.com/.

You hereby waive any and all claims against us and our subsidiaries and hotels arising out of your use of our websites or any materials or recommendations of any third parties on our website.
